"The staff was great communicating from the time we booked the house up to arrival and even while we were there. We were allowed to check in early which was a bonus and helped us start our vacation early. The house stayed so cool and the pool guy even came by to clean it while we were there. Plenty of room for our Family of 9, all older children. The kitchen was well equipped, and the washer and dryer were an added bonus. "Scheduled this Condo as a couple's retreat. We did not go wrong making this selection. Although there are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, only the master room have the bathroom inside the bedroom. lots of seating area, very nice clean and convenient to everything. The pool is 5 ft deep, the landscaping was well maintained, parking is very accessible for up to 5 cars. I selected this Condo on 4/21-4/25/2021 and made our vacation well worth the cost. "This was perfect for our wedding weekend! Omg it was literally two minutes away from our ceremony location and it was very spacious. I loved the pool and the beds were comfortable. You might need to bring dish detergent and trash bags. That’s really the only thing we needed. They do have cameras. I felt like we were being watched or something and that was my first time being at a rental with cameras. They are located on the front door and pool area so no skinny dipping for me lol! "We really enjoyed our stay! The house was just as it was listed. Plenty of room for everyone and it was very clean. Location was great too. We were able to walk to a few restaurants & it was just a short walk to the beach. The beach was not to crowded either. The pool was very nice and pool toys/floats are provided. You will need to bring extra pillows and blankets. The bed pillows are flat and the blankets are very thin. No extras provided. Also, there is no dish soap or any cleaning solutions. Very minimal cookware but there was enough for us to get by. We had no issues during our stay and didn’t need to contact anyone but the staff made sure we knew how if needed. "This house was great for our family of 6 adults. It was so nice that there were no bunk beds. The pool was amazing and the walk to the beach isn’t too far. If you are planning on doing a lot of cooking you will need to bring with you any extras (i.e. pot holders, containers, Saran Wrap, dish washing soap, etc) or be prepared to purchase those items once arriving. "Look no further when searching for a Panama City Beach house!!! The location of this house is amazing - you are a short 2 block walk from the beach. This area of the beach is a lot less crowded because it only services homes in the area and not huge condo complexes. The house is thoughtfully decorated with beach themes throughout and has plenty of space for large group/family gatherings. The backyard pool, patio area, and grill are great for relaxing after a day at the beach. Thes staff did a great job of communicating before and during the trip - they quickly handled any issues that arise during our stay.
