"We really enjoyed our stay! Being right on the beach was great! The chairs and umbrella set up on the beach each day was an awesome perk! Parking and location felt safe and the check in process was smooth. The view from the windows is absolutely beautiful!! We really liked that this condo was tucked back from the busy road. Still very convenient to dining and shopping. We used the kitchen for most meals, it was well equipped, only thing I missed was salt and pepper! "Location is great! Right on the beach. You have a view of the pool and the beach from the window. You could walk to the Alvin's store right around the corner. Very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. There is no couch since its a studio, but they have 2 chairs and a day bed, so that wasn't a problem for us. No loud music or smoking around pool or building. They have a kiddy pool that worked out perfect for our 4 year old. Great place overall. Would definitely stay here again."--Claudia, April 2023

Building staff were friendly as were the rental office, which held some mail for me and were really responsive to messages. "The view from this place is absolutely breathtaking. Top of the Golf is situated at a perfect location; very easy access to the beach, on-site amenities, and within walking distance to some awesome local bars and restaurants. Longboards, Pineapple Willy’s, and Mr. Puff’s Hand Rolled Ice Cream deserve a notable mention. The condo is quaint and simply decorated. It is well equipped for cooking and comfortable dining. The staff at Top of the Golf are friendly and check-in was hassle-free. Panama Beach Time provided all of the necessary codes and passwords, including his contact information, in a very informative email at check-in. Please note the $20 parking fee is cash only—I rarely carry cash, so this was a minor imposition—and all members of your party need to be present upon checking in to receive wristbands. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience here, while in town for the 2021 Grand Slam World Series of Baseball tournament. Without reservation, I recommend David’s condo at Top of the Golf; it is definitely the perfect place to stay in Panama City Beach!"--Starr, June 2021
