The balcony off the second-floor living area enjoys a beautiful view of the beach and the Gulf, so you can enjoy the famous sunsets. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need; and the townhome has a full-size washer and dryer, plus free wireless internet. 8212A boasts all the comforts of home at the beach for an incredible price and is sure to become your new PCB vacation spot!

There's covered parking in the carport for two vehicles only on site. The two bedrooms are on the first floor of the townhome. The master bedroom has a King Bed and private access to the covered patio and fenced backyard. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed. For your convenience, the laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer is also on the ground floor out back. The full bath downstairs has a tub and shower and the full bath upstairs has a shower. The upper level includes the living room, dining room and kitchen -- along with a large deck with beautiful, sweeping Gulf views. This townhome is right across the street from the beach access #18 where you can rent lounge chairs, jet skis, or go parasailing.

There are plenty of food/entertainment options close by and if you have a car, Pier Park has everything else you need (20 min). I will caution if you have older or long legged dogs (our greyhound) , the wood stairs can be troublesome for the dogs navigating. Bring rubber socks for your dogs to help with slipping. "AMAZING location!!! I was able to let the kids walk barefoot across the street directly onto the approach and sand! They were so excited about this! We love how this is in a slower area of the beach with more residential houses, I’d guess it is a little busier in the summer, but it was sooo quiet and empty on these warm January days! We found the kitchen to be extremely well stocked, everything needed was there when we looked for it! (no dish soap however so bring your own if you need to wash!) Make sure to bring your own extra TP and paper towels and if you’re like me, spray cleaner for the table Our absolute favorite part was the balcony! You can see straight down the approach to the ocean! And at night in the dark we loved sitting out there and listening to the waves crash while we read or talked. We LOVED the amount of light in the living room! And my kids appreciated the Netflix If you have a small baby or toddler who is mobile and have the ability to bring a baby gate, you may want to do so as the stairs are very steep and long, but we managed ok by keeping her busy and just watching her really closely (she’s fast! ☺️) We really appreciated the ability to bring our dog with us and have her so close. (dogs are not allowed on the beach, I would assume this does not include service animals- though there is a section of beach down at Pier Park about 17 minutes away that is dog friendly) and the backyard so my kids could throw the ball for her and keep her happy! "Living in Dallas Texas we have driven to Destin for vacation many times. This was our first vacation in Panama City Beach. After looking at many options we were fortunate to find this place to stay. I have never submitted a review before. We can't say enough good things about our experience. Our very favorite thing was the passcode lock for the front door rather than needing to carry a key. Easy access for all 4 of us. My 21 year old daughter is very opinionated and picky. She gave it the highest praise by saying it was a great place to stay and she wants to come back and stay in this condo again. We have never stayed somewhere with a carport before. Kept the car cool the first two days in the heat and us dry in the pouring rain of Tropical Storm Cindy. Sitting on the 2nd story balcony watching the waves and later the storm was awesome. Literally right across from beach access, about 150 feet from front door to the sand and a water hose in the front and back to get the sand off. Worked very well for our little Pappillion dog as well. About 1.5 miles from a WalMart and walking distance to an all you can eat buffet."--Paul, June 2017

We bring a lot to the beach since we need a shade structure for our toddler, plus toys, and then all the normal stuff so location was perfect cause even making a 2nd trip to grab something was very quick. "The location was GREAT! The quickest walk to the beach and the view from the deck was great for morning coffee. We brought our dog so we walked the nieghborhood a lot. Very safe and everyone was friendly. The check in and check out process were very simple. You are in walking distance to a convenient store, restaurant/bars, and souvenir shops. "We left early morning from Texas but got in late around 9 pm So glad we did not have To go to office to get keys, and they had this code lock where you punch in the number to get in. "The staff and the home were warm and welcoming to my family and our fur babies. So much so, we extended our stay a few days! And our now looking at dates next year to come back again. This was the perfect location for families travelling with dogs. Although this area is not close to the dog friendly part of PCB, it does boast a nice back yard off the first floor, plenty of area outside to walk them and the dog friendly beach is an easy drive within 10-15 minutes away. The home had everything we needed to accommodate our stay. The staff was extremely responsive and attentive. "First, this condo was GREAT! exactly as described. Had a great time on the beach which is steps away from the front door. My dogs loved it and it only takes a few minutes to take them to Pier Park, the only place dogs are allowed on the beach. The back was secure to leave them in, when we went out. "My husband, my dog, and I stayed at this townhouse for four nights. It was perfect! The townhouse has two levels-the first level has the bedrooms with a tiled floor and the second level is kitchen + living/dining room with carpet. The kitchen had nice new appliances and all the accessories we could need (pots and pans, wine opener, etc). Do bring salt and pepper, ice, condiments, etc., and dish soap for hand washing dishes you don't want to put in the dishwasher. It was more on the hotel side in that respect. The view of the water was nice and peaceful from the deck--we ate a few meals out there. It was really nice to have a carport so the car didn't get super hot. The beach is RIGHT there. We walked across barefoot and it was nice to know that our house was feet away. The beach was lovely and clean, with hardly anyone else around us, and those who were were very quiet. We saw dolphins, crabs, and stingrays!!!! Lots of stingrays. It was scary but really cool. We loved staying here and really enjoyed taking our dog along for the trip. The backyard was great for him and for hosing off the sand (you can access from the side so you don't track sand into the house). We hope to be back soon!"--Julia, May 2015

This was during spring break (a coincidence), so traffic was very congested, but we still had a wonderful time. Our dog loved the house and we loved having him with us! "The home was perfect for our beach trip. Right across the street from the beach and close to the strip and the city. The house was well loved and very comfortable. The fenced yard was great for the dogs. Bed linens and bath towels were provided, as well as small bars of soap. The kitchen had basic supplies - pots, pans, and dishes - as well as a couple of packets for the dishwasher. We got there early and they allowed us to check in early and provided us with a map of the area with a list of attractions. "The location is just perfect. Public Access 18 serves mostly houses and small hotels, so not too many people out on the sands (in mid-June) and it didn't feel crowded. It's a short drive to many PC restaurants and we had an easy time getting around. There was at least one restaurant that was walking distance on the beach (next to Club La Vela, but you definitely don't have to worry about being too close to that). The townhouse itself is great, too. The kitchen has enough supplies for basic cooking. The porch has an ocean view and plenty of seating. The living room has a TV with a DVD/VHS player and there is a CD player in the house. One of the bedrooms downstairs also had a TV. "We were visiting family in PCB and the condo had ample room to host family members for dinners. The kitchen was very functional and had everything available to cook a meal. The location was great...directly across from the entrance to the beach with amazing sunset views. Upon checking in, the place was very clean but didn't smell like Febreze or any other toxic air freshener mask or smell of toxic chemical cleaning product like one finds in so many other hotels, condos, guesthouses these days.
